Reason behind Institute of Professional Politics (IPP)

Now a day our country is facing dawn fall in all fields. Unemployment and poverty rates are increasing day by day. Our economy going down and foreign investment and reserves are also decreasing very rapidly. No rules and regulations are working, No accountability, No justice and No judge, Tory exist in the country.

This whole situation is due to the weak professional system and no where the implementation of that system properly. Because if the politic system will be strong then it will leads all the remaining departments of the country in proper way. So that is why we are introducing the one compatible solution of all the problems discussed. The solution is “IPP”, “Institute of Professional Politics”.

IPP a Professional Institute of national level where we developed the party and inject loyalty and courtesy in those minds which are capable to become the leaders of a great nation. IPP is not an institution, infect it’s a “Vision” towards the revaluation.

IPP is a comprehensive and systematic effort to built a strong and undefeatable nation through providing them the loyal leadership.

Introduction

IPP (Institute of Professional Politics) is a governmental institution. It will deals in all over the Pakistan through Federal, Provincial and local levels. The head quarter and management cell situated in the Capital of Pakistan Islamabad along with the Federal institution of IPP are located in all Provinces for MPA’s.

The IPP institutions for local government (City/ Town/ Union Council, Nazims and Councilors) are located in all the main Tehseels of all over Pakistan.

Objectives

• Develop a strong system through which we will build the real leaders.
• To establish the Free, Fair and transparent political system.
• To set a unique mechanism through which the main element of a country Government, Judiciary and armed forces have to work in their own boundaries.
• Built a strong check and balance system on the activities of the government.
• Provide the peaceful life to the common people of Pakistan trough well management system and responsible leaders.

Admission Criteria

Federal (MNA)

For MNA’s to get admission in Institute of Professional Politics the graduation from the HEC recommended institutions are necessary.

Provincial (MPA)

For MPA’s to get admission in Institute of Professional Politics the intermediate certification from the local board recommended institutions are necessary.

Local (City/ Town/ Union Council)

For local Government member members to get admission in Institute of Professional Politics the matriculation certification from the local board recommended institution are necessary.

MNA= 400 for 1^st time.

Every Year= 200

Punjab MPA=300 for 1^st time.

Every Year= 200

Sindh MPA= 250 for 1^st time.

Every Year=200

Balochistan MPA=150 for 1^st time.

NWFP=150 for 1^st time.

Local Government

The duration of the degree is 1 years (2 Semesters)

There is no concept of traditional examination system on IPP. All the students face the panel interview at the end of every semester. The panelists Pin-Pointed the mental Level of the students and tell them the weak and the strong points of their personality. Without any breakage all the students will transfer into next semester. At the end of the degree all the student have to face the final panel interview. The interviewer checks the mentality of the students along with their previous records and suggests them that in which field they can success.

Lectures by Professional People

During the study period of IPP will arrange the lectures of the international professionals (Political leaders, Think tanks, University Top Professors, Army Journal, Highly Professional Judges and University top professor) from all over the world.

It will broad up their vision and strength then ideas towards how they can they serve their people in a better way.

In their lectures the professional people will share their experiences and ideas with the students. After any lecture the question and answer session also will held for students and it will great exercise for the students. At the end of every lectures the professional people will give them the suggestion that how they become the great leaders.

Rules and Regulations

• All the activities of IPP will be held by the management cell situated in Headquarter Islamabad.
• All branches of IPP will be interlinked with Headquarter and operate their actions under the supervision of management cell.
• IPP is a government institute but it operates totally independently.
• No external Authority will influence or interfere in the internal affairs of IPP.
• All the activities of IPP will be fair and transparent and mentioned in the annual report which will publish every year for the public.

Accountability Burro

It is a committee bared in 10 members. All the members will be the retired judges of supreme or high courts. The main duty of this committee to check the activities of all the government member.

If committee found any member of the government involved in wrong doing or the committee received any complain against any government member by any person with the proof then the committee takes strict action against that member.

After blaming the government member the committee investigates the whole situation fair and transparently. Then the member have to face the committee’s hearing and their member allowed that he gives the expiation about complain or blame against him.

After the hearing, if the committee found that the member is really involved in the wrong-doing then the committee has the right to cancel the degree by IPP of that member.

And one time the degree cancelled then the member will “long out” forever from the politics of Pakistan, and he will never take a part in election as a candidate.

• No further appeals against the action of accountability burro will be possible in any other court of Pakistan.

Election Criteria

• According to IPP rules, only those candidates are allowed to participate in election that has the political degree by Institute of Professional Politics (IPP).
• All the members can apply in their own HALQA (Area).
• Every member can apply for only one seat.
• Every member can’t exceed the amount for election complains fixed by the election commission.
• To influence by force or buy with money to voters are strictly disallowed and those members who found in these activities will be Log-Off from the election.

Public Campaign

For awareness propose we will arrange a large scale campaign in all over the Pakistan, and realizes them that to participate in politics as candidates is their basics right according to the constitution of Pakistan.

We will use well know sportsmen, artists and other celebrities for this campaign. We will realize the people that in last 60 years the feudalism, bradriism and holds our political system.

All the political leaders after getting the government ignorance the problems of the common people, and the people have to wait for next election for relief, but next time it happens as usual.

We will emphasis on this that the common people and now the time of revaluation and the common people have to step forward to change their luck, and with the help of common people we are going to write the new history.

IPP Will Part of Constitution

Through the help and the pressure of people of Pakistan, we will present “IPP” (Institute of Professional Politics) before the national assembly and parliament, and passed by with great majority. We except that the young educated political leaders and the senators join us and strengthen our comparing toward the revolution

Working Body of IPP

After establishing the IPP we will arrange a poll for 15-20 retired judges of high/ supreme courts. Those 10 members, who will get the maximum votes by the people, will be the members of IPP’s management cell. Then the all remaining hierarchy of IPP will hire by this management cell.

Teachers of IPP

All the teachers of IPP will be PhD holders and the specialists of their filed. They will hire on permanent basis. Those who are not possible on permanent basis, they will serve IPP as a visiting facility member. Some specialized teacher will also hire from aboard for permanent and also for temporary basics.

Specialty of Degree

Any person after passing the IPP, if he will not interested to join the politics or he wants to continue further studies then the solution is very simple.

The degree of IPP

Town/ City/ Union Council NAZIM/ Councilors = Intermediate

MPA = Graduate

MNA = Master Degree

Because the candidate takes every two years standard education in IPP so they will apply in next classes in any institute.
